Marble Reward:
The marble system is used to motivate positive behavior within the whole group. Students will be rewarded with marbles for quiet behavior in hallways, using restroom in orderly fashion, lining up to leave the classroom, good behavior in cafeteria and playground, etc. When students have emptied the marble container, they then vote on a marble celebration in which the whole class participates. Some examples of marble celebrations are: movie, snack, drink, pajama day, game day, music day, stuffed animal day, extra recess, hat or cap day, free dress, show and tell, crazy hair, etc.
